We are now looking for an experienced lead of product teams to lead and develop our product team consisting of product management, UI/UX design and technical writing. The ideal candidate will have experience of taking a product to market and adoption.
As Director of Product, you are expected to translate the company vision to product strategy and product culture balancing urgent and important needs for the short and long term. You need to be a people person with strong leadership skills, analytical and detail oriented.
As Director of Product at Greenbyte you will:
- Build and lead a world-class Product team of Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and Technical Writer
- Implement and refine tools and processes to collect data on user behavior and performance to drive product improvements
- Ensure product development is aligned with Greenbyte's business goals
- Ensure quality of product and user experience is best-in-class
- Ensure Greenbyte's product communication is accurate and informative
- Collaborate with and develop processes together with other teams at Greenbyte
- Report to Greenbyte's Chief Product Officer
To be successful and thrive in this role, we think you:
- Have a leadership personality with an ability to influence and inspire people
- Have a solid technology background and are an expert on software product planning, UX, customer discovery and software development process
- Are interested in renewable energy
- Have excellent communication skills
- 3+ years of experience of leading a product team
- Have analytical mindset and experience of working with software analytics data
- Have an outstanding ability to process and synthesize information
