The job

The position will take leadership and ownership of the flow of raw materials from suppliers to distribution of products. It involves continuously improvement and re-evaluation of purchasing as well as logistic activities, to achieve a supply chain of world class.

The main tasks include:

• Aligning procurement initiatives to financial goals
• Inventory control
• Develop supplier strategies and relationship
• Logistic setup for warehouse including arrival and delivering of goods, distribution and freight
• Direct and indirect purchasing
• Leader of eight employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or logistics/supply chain is required
• 5 years' experience of purchase in the Medical Device industry or Pharmaceutical
• 7 years' experience in supply chain environment
• 5 years leadership experience
• Demonstrated skills in negotiations in an international environment
• Demonstrated experience in change management both creating visions and implement actions to achieve goals
• High level communication skills in English and Swedish
• Ability to partner and influence across organizational lines as well as externally
