Who we are?

AMRA is a ground-breaking international digital health company at the forefront of medical imaging and precision medicine. AMRA was founded in 2010 as a spin-off of Linköping University, Sweden, with the aim to support transformative care and vital decision-making from clinical research to health and wellness. Today we are 35 employees and are operating on the US, European and Asian market, with the need to expand.

What we do?

The company has developed a new global standard in body composition assessment, the ability to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle biomarkers with unrivaled precision and accuracy, as well as contextual disease insights - all from a single, 6minute, whole-body MRI.

We work with the world's leading pharma companies and academic hospitals in the world.

Job Assignments

As the Director of Operations, you are responsible for the success in delivering the company's image analysis service with high quality and customer satisfaction. You are also responsible for overseeing customer project management and support and to participate as a stakeholder in the development of the tools used for the analysis service. Other important parts of the work is the development of global capabilities, to work with continuous improvements of the current offerings and to enable new analysis service offerings.

Your mission as the Director of Operations also includes:

• Management responsibility for a team of analysis quality controllers, project managers and customer advocates, today consisting of 8 employees.

• Be responsible for recruitment, resource planning, employment and training.

• Responsible for working with continuous improvements and development of processes.

• Responsible for working with capacity planning

• Follow-up and reporting of metrics for the analysis service and the customer support

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you are a person who wants to join a young, exciting and growing company which will challenge you to develop your skills further and to grow together with us at AMRA Medical.

You most probably have an academic background and you also have some previous management experience.

The role requires that you are service-oriented with a large customer focus, and we expect that you have 10+ years of experience with either service provisioning, clinical trials, operations or manufacturing.

You have great interpersonal skills and have a communicative ability both verbally and in writing. It's a strong advantage if you have previous experience of working with health organizations and have regulatory experience. Excellent language skills in English is required and previous experience in working with KPI's and metrics is a plus. Experience working with Salesforce is also positive.
