hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Leader of Manufacturing Programs to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Giga-factory management team in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in industrializing our products and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job:
As part of your scope as a Director for Manufacturing Program Management at Northvolt, you will work closely with the CEO of our factory, project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.
Furthermore, you will manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate/delegate cross-project initiatives.
You will also have the overall responsibility and accountability over budgets for projects and the delivery against established business goals/objectives .
The objectives of the role include delivering all launch projects on time within cost and time, as well as developing and supporting the Product Launch leaders with strategic product launch plans.
You and your team will need to ensure that process equipment and product design meet manufacturability at a steady state.
You will also need to ensure that equipment is installed, commissioned, qualified and ramped up as well as ensure that product and equipment modifications are integrated on time.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A relevant university degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar). Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
10+ years working experience of relevant industrial experience of product launch, operational excellence and/or factory ramp-ups.
Experience in leading technical programs in a demanding and fast pace environment.
Must have worked in multicultural environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Track record as Industrialization or Program Director driving complex project elements in design and execution.
Experience of launching products
