YOU WILL
Aptio Group assists companies with execution, interpretation and advice related to regulatory and industry-specific tasks and processes. These processes or tasks can be found either in legal texts and/or various standards. We work cross-functionally, handling issues within a company's various processes, such as production, product development, research, testing and purchasing.
As Director of Life Science Services, you will be overall responsible for the business area and consultants within Life Science sector. You will closely follow latest developments in our market, identify trends and find new business opportunities, today and tomorrow.

Your key contribution will be accelerating our Life Science business in Region West and your ambition is to add value to the organization and drive development both strategically and operationally.

As Director of Life Science Services, you will play a central role in our organization and you will get the opportunity to shape your own successful team with talented engineers, pharmacists, and consultants with a passion for achieving excellence in the area of Quality and Compliance.
YOU ARE
We are looking for someone with a proven track record for being knowledgeable, customer and business driven with excellent skills in building trustworthy relationships. To succeed in this role you have to be outgoing and communicative with broad knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and/or GxP compliance in an international environment.
The ideal candidate is a curious outside-the-box-thinker, with excellent leadership skills and high level of business acumen. You prioritize collaboration and believe in sharing our experiences to be able to optimize our strengths and reach the best result. We believe that you are passionate about be part of an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
In order to succeed we think that your background is from Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device sector and that you have experience from a similar position and challenge.
Qualifications required to be successful in this position:
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Several years of business experience in the field of Quality and Compliance within Life Science
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
