hela Sverige As Director of Global Product Management you are responsible for a global team
in the Discovery Chemistry area and key responsibilities are: . Design and
develop the corporate product strategy . Provide direction and leadership to the
team of Product Management. . Responsible for defining new products and product
lines extensions to grow our business . Develop and maintain 1 year and 3 year
plans for all product lines . Development of Global Marketing Plans to drive
product line growth . Ensure the teams are meeting the Corporate Goals, on time
and within budget. . Evaluate and allocate resources needed to achieve to fulfil
the departments objectives. . Involved in the budget process, agree to set
expenditure, and to control the department's spend. . Provide strategic
direction to the R&D team. . Effectively utilise departmental resources. . Build
up and maintain external networks and lead development of the product strategy.
The job requires: - Build up and maintain external networks and lead
development of the product strategy. - Experience working as a Senior
Marketing Manager or Product Line Manager or other equivalent position in the
Biotech or Medicinal Chemistry industry - A graduate in Marketing/Business
and/or Chemistry - Experience of defining new products and product line
extensions that drive growth into the business - A deep knowledge of product
development process. You have strong communication skills and have the
ability to work in a cross cultural atmosphere and manage multi discipline
teams. You have strong leadership skills and provide highly productive and
motivational environment.
