hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Swedish Selection AB i Stockholm The Director, E-Commerce is responsible for developing and managing the Company's e-Commerce vision, strategy and the day-to-day e-Commerce business operations to deliver volume and brand building objectives and contribute to Revlon's strategic and financial targets. This role will be accountable for deploying the company's Strategy of Value Creation to develop this new business channel and deliver on our mega-growth strategy.
This role collaborates closely with internal cross-functional business partners and manages external vendor relationships to develop and manage company's e-Commerce website and other e-Commerce platforms to optimize growth and profitability. This position is also accountable for identifying short and long- range growth opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, marketplace dynamics, consumer habits and behaviors and the company strategies while leading the relationships with the internal and external business partners.
Essential requirements:
• e-Commerce experience including successfully developing and implementing e-Commerce strategies and business plans
• People management experience
• In-depth understanding of e-Commerce business models and how to drive e-commerce sales through innovative, effective and cost efficient marketing/merchandising programs and strategies
• Experience in the selection and management of e-Commerce/vendor partnerships which include relationship building, strategic planning, operational oversight and contractual management to support Company goals and objectives
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively partner with key cross-functional teams to DRIVE the e-Commerce business (i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, etc.). Demonstrated ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines with sense of urgency. Superior ability to manage short- and long-term projects simultaneously, trading-off resources to achieve company objectives
• Demonstrated desire and ability to work effectively at both the strategic and tactical execution levels
• Technology skills: Familiarity with web technologies, web page design/layout and website performance measurement tools
