hela Sverige Northvolt is now looking for a Director of Cylindrical Cell Design, Västerås that will be responsible for the operation of the for Li-ion battery cylindrical cell at Northvolt. The role includes the responsibility to enable the development of the worlds greenest and most sustainable of Li-ion battery cells.
Resposibilities
• Leading Cell Design team
• Designing and improving cylindrical cell to achieve customer satisfaction
• Organization cell development team for project
• Setting up the development strategy
• Execution customer project
Qualifications/education/experience
• More than 15 years of practical experience from Li-ion battery cell development
• Experience from cell design and development of Lithium-ion cells is a must
• Extensive experience of large-scale battery fabrication and testing
Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc.)
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
