You will, as Director of Cuvette Production be responsible for Quality, On Time Delivery, handling cost, schedule, inventory and health, safety & environmental activities for the Cuvette Production area. You will provide leadership, guidance and direction to your team leaders. Ensure your leadership team and production employees are organized, trained and drive and support daily management. Set clear goals and ensure the KPIs and key goals are achieved and effectively drive and mentor Danaher Business Systems (DBS), while championing an environment of collaboration and associate engagement.
Your responsibility
Lead daily management to drive sustainable, continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, On Time Delivery, and materials management
Effectively drive and mentor Danaher Business Systems (DBS), while championing an environment of teamwork and associate engagement
Lead and engage employees during Kaizens to drive continuous improvements
Maximize productivity and manufacturing efficiency
Proactively identify cost savings through optimization, implementing Standard Work, waste reduction, re-engineering and other methods
Lead, maintain, and drive process improvements in the production area
Ensure production quality processes are implemented in a manner that fulfils all regulatory requirements while at the same time are optimal in terms of cost/benefit for the company
Support audit requirements, when necessary
Establish strong working relationships with all business partners, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other business partners across the organization to motivate change and adherence to applicable policies and processes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology or similar is required
Minimum 5 years of experience from manufacturing technology in Med. Tech or Pharma industry
Minimum 5 years of management experience or shown leadership personality
Technology competence in automated production processes and preferable injection molding
Have a proven track record with successful implementation of Continuous Improvements, Lean Manufacturing principles and practices, and have strong understanding CI tools and techniques along with experience of demonstrating sustained results
Strong Business Swedish and English language skills
Possess strong communication and leadership skills
Possess strong interpersonal, influencing, problem solving and time management skills
Knowledge of ERP system
Knowledge about standards and/or regulations affecting the quality management system e.g. ISO 13485/US FDA Quality System Regulation
Knowledge about standards and/or regulations affecting the environmental management system e.g. ISO 14001
