We are now looking for an outgoing, service-minded and knowledgeable Director of Customer Success. As Director of Customer Success, you will ensure that the quality of Greenbyte's customer success and technical support functions are best-in-class.

Customer satisfaction and customer retention are your two guiding stars and your job is to drive continuous improvements towards excellence. This includes working with actions for increased customer engagement, advisory and sales for customer retention and expansion. The role also includes managerial responsibility for two teams, Customer Success and Technical Support. Further, you will develop processes in collaboration with other teams at Greenbyte.

As Director of Customer Success at Greenbyte you will:

Drive account management process optimization

Drive goal inspiration and alignment both horizontally and vertically

Drive product, training and support packaging to increase revenues from the existing customer base

Analyze data and metrics and prioritize efforts where efforts are needed.

You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and be based at the Gothenburg office.

Key activities include:

- Lead, coach and inspire a group of very talented individuals within the customer success organization, mainly focusing on customer retention, customer satisfaction and growing revenue within the existing customer base
- Improve processes, work-flows, and collateral. Strive for flawless process adherence and execution.
- Sales packaging for continuous opportunities to expand revenues from the existing customer base
- Cross-coordination across the organization to ensure the customers are heard and feedback is translated into actionable insights.


The ideal candidate for this role we believe have:

- A professional personality with the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work in an agile and fast-growing organization
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience of account management and business development
- An interest in cutting-edge software service
- University degree in relevant field, or equivalent

Since we work in an international setting, excellent English skills are a must. Further, experience in renewable energy or in software sales is a plus.
