They are now looking for a a Cloud Service Compliance Manager to their Swedish office located in Stockholm. The company is divided into different divisions and this person will be working within the biggest division; the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
PACS has for a long time been the traditional part of the business by developing cards, printers and mechanisms around access control. At the moment the division is going through a massive change in terms of how the business is migrating from much more of a traditional hardware based product and solution into very heavy virtual credential. The physical card will be replaced by time with a virtual secure credential in a mobile device.
About the role
As HID Global is taking a large step towards cloud and mass adaption to the solution they are in need of reinforcement. As Director of Cloud Applications, Portal and API you will be a part of the Physical Access Control Cloud Services team based in Stockholm. You will be responsible for the definition and lifecycle management of HID's web portals and APIs. Combined, these provided a holistic cloud platform offering for HIDs Physical Access Control solutions, including issuance of Mobile Identities for Mobile Access solutions and other advanced use cases and solutions that are under development.
You will be expected to take a senior leadership role in a global team that include services owners, data analysts, engineers and other IT professionals in order to drive change and guidance, inspire and adding value to their work. Further responsibility includes driving forward initiatives to improve and manage the holistic cloud offering for HID's Physical Access Control solutions.

HID Global believes that the ideal candidate has significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably within software or cloud service release management and/or product management. Preferably you have experience of leading engineering efforts on a senior level and knowledge from methodologies such as Scrum is considered highly advantageous. As a person you are pro-active, hands-on and self-motivated. You are capable of working autonomously but also comfortable operating as part of a strong, cohesive team. You have excellent commercial judgement in technical matters. You have a clear passion and strong drive in your work and you are not afraid of tackling situations as they come.
