A seasoned AR professional, responsible for managing relationships with the most influential industry analysts to maximize exposure, drive value and engagement for Cognizant. The position leads proactive outreach to regional analysts across Europe, with a particular focus on the Nordics region to support the region's ambitious growth goals as part of the strategy to globalize Cognizant.
The Director of Analyst Relations - Global Growth Markets is responsible for defining and executing the regional AR strategy including personalized analyst engagement plans to positively influence key analyst influencers, support Cognizant's regional sales activities and in general promote Cognizant as a top tier service provider for Nordics and European large enterprises. The position interacts closely with regional leaders and country managers, sales and marketing to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage analyst engagement strategy for regional and country leaders to drive awareness of Cognizant among key analyst influencers.
• Drive analyst inquiries and advisory sessions to inform regional/country strategy or market direction and GTM activitiessuch as bid support to help strengthen and improve the quality of Cognizant's bid responses; use output from these sessions to inform future engagement strategies.
• Leverage analyst research to drive in-bound knowledge transfer to senior leadership, sales, marketing, etc. and support sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the AR RFI CoE to help provide guidance to SMEs and executive spokespeople and help manage analyst RFIs.
• Drive regular proactive engagement with key analysts to support and improve Cognizant's positioning in key analyst RFIs.
• Develop and implement the European analyst summit, including preparing senior executives and business leads, driving content development for summit sessions - both plenary and breakout sessions, inviting analyst attendees and managing their onsite attendance, managing on-site logistics in collaboration with the Cognizant Events team.
