Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director New Technology Develpoment and program leadership who will be responsible for new technology development with focus on class-A surfaces: build internal engineering capabilities to develop advanced technologies for various product volumes and timelines.
Integrate technical and operational functions across multiple products in upcoming road map
Operational leadership for high volume product: specifically for high volume products, core operations leadership for supply base, technology road map, and manufacturing alignment to achieve scale in multiple global markets
To manage a workforce including recruiting, evaluating, retaining and replacing employees.
Work closely with Group peer managers to ensure coordinated and synchronized delivery of milestones and to ensure a coordinated prioritisation and delivery maximum volume of top quality product on time and budget.
To provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees and ensure that all employees follow our standards and safety guidelines.
Skill Requirements:
Significant engineering experience;
Strong management and leadership capabilities and experience;
Understanding of safety and health norms;
Basic business understanding to adhere to company business plan and goals;
Familiarity with regulatory framework;
Extensive communication skills with employees, peers and management;
