Your workplace
Security and Defence Solutions, a business area of Saab, offers command and control systems, airborne early warning systems, civil security systems and solutions, training and simulation, as well as telecom carrier.
Product Area Command and Control Systems supplies world-leading Command and Control systems, products and services to the armed forces. We are now looking for a Director Marketing & Sales. Your focus will primarily be Marketing and Sales of our Naval command and control systems including Fire Control products on the international market.
Your role
As responsible for business development and marketing and sales of Command and control systems, Naval product and solution offer you will:
• meet and discuss with end users to collect information of future needs
• meet and be key account for selected customers and shipyards
• have a close daily relationship with our customers and partners
• lead capture teams from early phases to negotiations and contract signing
• have a close cooperation with other functions within the Business Area like Bid Center, Commercial, Systems Engineering, Export Control, Product Management and Procurement 
• be responsible to document all your business activities in Lime CRM tool, quotation letters, sales prize calculations, agreements, contractual documents according to Winning Business Process
• report to Head of Marketing & Sales and Senior Sales Director Naval Systems 
• travel mostly internationally and have to be prepared to be away from home periods of time
Your qualifications
The person we are looking for is result oriented, has a strong business focus and is always looking for improvements and finding new opportunities. You have energy and passion for achievements, coupled with demonstrated marketing and sales skills and a vast social competence. You are a positive and confident communicator able to influence a wide range of people.
Experience and understanding in Naval business and products are merits.
