You will be a major contributor to the transformation of Volvo Buses, leading lean@buses, a change program based upon lean/VPS and the Operational Development program
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Secure deployment of lean@buses throughout Volvo Buses
• Coach and challenge stakeholder executives
• Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of Volvo Buses support structure and network
• Lead multiple complex transformation assignments and co-ordinate with others
• Responsibility to ensure quality on agreed assignments
• Develop long term relationships with stakeholder executives
• Build internal and external stakeholder relations
• Secure effective knowledge transfer to leaders, teams and support resources and usage of best practice
• Coach and mentor colleagues
• Lead the development of lean@buses
• Personal development to maintain expert status

Required Knowledge and Experience
• Experience of change management in an managerial position
• Solid leadership experience
• Proven coaching skills
• International background and experience from different cultures
• Good knowledge and experience of Volvo Production System (VPS)/lean and Operational Development (OD) is an advantage
