This is our heritage. And our future. And now - we really want you to be a part of it.
What we can offer you
In this role, you will work with Husqvarna's Business and IT transformation from current, to future architecture - with focus on Way-Of-Working. This is an important role at Husqvarna Group - and together with the team, you will be part of shaping Husqvarna's digital future.
Here, you'll be working in a global context, but in a very flat organization, with close decision making. At Husqvarna, you are working together with colleagues and partners from all over the world and you will have great development opportunities - enabling personal and professional growth.
About the team and our journey
As Director IT Architecture Governance you will lead one of our Architecture Team. We are part of our global IT organization and appointed to empower and support Husqvarna Group's acceleration, with enterprise architecture direction, guidance and IT architecture collaboration. This is done through proactive engagement, with our three divisions and our global IT organization.
We have a long and proud history of product development and innovations - which always brings us new opportunities. Now, our business strategy focuses on the shift from petrol to battery, robotic automation, sustainability and digital transformation, towards solutions and services. IT and digital transformation are crucial for achieving this strategy and therefore we adopt a new operating model that prioritizes agility, proactivity, and innovation. Inspired by the SAFE framework, this model emphasizes architecture to translate our strategies into IT-visions and it ensures collaboration and efficiency among architects, at all levels.
We are looking for a new Director IT Architecture Governance - to push and drive the work to establish needed Enterprise Architecture and IT Architecture capabilities, tooling and way-of-working.
About the role as a Director IT Architecture Governance

Together with other leaders and colleagues, you will be leading Husqvarna's digital transformation, innovation and future orientation and coordinate how we can adapt new trends and work with Enterprise strategy development and roadmaps.
You lead the Architecture Governance Team, which is a part of our Enterprise Architecture Department. The core essence of this role is to own the Architecture Governance structure with architecture review board and process, architecture capability chapter and our EA Framework. You will also be working with business support and advisory, architecture Playbook content development, tooling and the EA related operational way-of-working, including architecture resource onboarding.
About you:
We believe that change management and communication is fundamental for this role, and therefore you have to be passionate in building a winning architecture culture. Therefore, we think that you are a people-person. With your passion and experience in leadership and business development and/or change management in IT, you have a desire to build and share technology, business expertise and new ways of working.
