Director Investor Relations

We are now looking for an Investor Relations professional that together with the EVP Communications & IR will be ready to drive the next phase of Veoneer's position as a major player in autotech. The two main areas of responsibility are creation of material for communication with the financial markets and building and retaining relationships to relevant participants in the financial markets, primarily financial analysts and investors.

This position reports to the EVP Comms & IR and is part of Veoneer's marketing, communications and IR team which has overall responsibility for Veoneer's Communications and Sustainability activities.

Profile

You should have strong analytical skills relevant to the role (including market forecasts, market intelligence and financial analytics).

Strong business understanding, including the ability to understand the dynamic competitive landscape.

Further, strong writing and content creation skills are needed to be successful. In addition, the right candidate should have very good relationship building skills and be an action-oriented team player that is used to working under tight deadlines and making timely decision within the area of responsibility.

Veoneer is a technology company active in the automotive sector and the right candidate should have experience from the technology sector, or a proven ability to understand technology.

Main areas of responsibility

• Key contributor to Veoneer's overall equity story
• Creation of Quarterly results material including press release, investor presentations and questions & answer documents (shared responsibility with finance function)
• Content creation for Market and financial sections of annual report and contributing to 10Q and proxy documents
• Create and maintain updated market consensus
• Responsible for vendor management with company writing reports on Veoneer stock performance and ownership structure (currently IPREO)
• Create and execute Investor and analyst outreach plans
• Conduct regular investor meetings and support CEO/CFO in investor meetings
• Plan and execute Capital Market Days
• Support Veoneer's Annual General Meeting
• General project management and coordination

Education and experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• A minimum of 7 years working experience in relevant roles, either in corporate roles, or as a financial analyst or both.
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English, including strong writing skills.

• As Veoneer is a US registered company understanding or US reporting system and financial market is a merit.
