We are now looking for short-term (due to increased customer traction) replacement for our results-oriented and tight-knit team, as an Innovation Ecosystems and Partnerships Director. You will work very closely with the customers, innovators and the operational team within the hub to ensure that we capture trends, use the customers' voice to guide us as we explore new growth bets and have the right partners in place for a successful incubation process.
The temporary period is anticipated to be from July 2021 - December 2022, with the possibility of extension. The team is based in Sweden, primarily in Stockholm, but we are open to considering applicants based in other locations. The role is a full-time role; however we are willing to consider candidates who can come in at a 50% capacity.
You will
Identify key partners and develop strategic partnerships in order to improve the business incubation and innovation process
Roll out and implement our Early Adopter program across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Facilitate contacts with validation partners, early adopters and partners for all ventures in the hub portfolio
Support with industry, business, market, consumer, competitor, supplier, and technology analysis/intelligence to improve our hub's activities, such as launching challenges or GTM for ventures
Build impactful insight and foresight using an outside-in perspective and partner engagement
Communicate insight and drive discussion
Manage projects and networks, especially to bring projects and ventures into our pipeline
Develop and evaluate process, methods and tools for all incubation toll gates and sprints
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: MSc or similar relevant theoretical background
Min 5 years running startup/corporate Innovation Ecosystems or working in Incubation hubs or 5 years
Proactive and results-oriented mentality
Deep understanding of emerging trends and the role of the ICT industry
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Large and diverse network in the tech startup & innovation ecosystem
Adept at formulating strategies and concepts
