About IB Strategy
The IB Strategy function within CV Business Office facilitate, govern, and provide structures to support readiness at Product Introduction. CV Business Office provide services both within Complete Vehicle as well as in GTT and the IB Strategy team contributes by providing drive and coordination for pinpointed strategic activities.
What we can offer you
As Director for the IB Strategy team, you will be part of the Business Office management team, reporting to Vice President Business Office.
In this position, you will play an important and truly cross-functional role. You will work in a global context where you will have the possibility to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within CV, within GTT and at the Brands. You will, together with the team, have a great opportunity to propose and drive improvement activities targeting CV Globally.
On top of above - you will have a fantastic possibility to lead, develop and challenge a small but talented and forward-leaning team! The IB Strategy function was formed beginning 2021 - and as a Director you will be the one responsible for evolving your area over time.
Your main focus will be to:
Develop and evolve CV's Intro Block governance structure to secure predictable and successful product introductions
Identify, align, anchor, and implement best practices, rationalization ideas or other improvements
Define and decide KPI's relevant for your area
Support and drive initiatives to increase Customer Value & Uptime
Support the CV organization in work with selected strategic activities
Continuously develop your team and team members

The organizational landscape within GTT and CV is global and can be perceived as complex - good stakeholder management is crucial and to perform well in this role you must be both an excellent listener and an excellent communicator
As Engineers, we love seeking challenge in complex topics. As IB Strategy director, you must have the ability to simplify and divide sometimes-challenging tasks into manageable pieces - and to deliver them systematically
As IB strategy function is still quite young - you must have the ability to set and follow a clear strategic direction for your team. You also need to be able to plan and develop the full team, and individual team members, towards success today - and tomorrow
We also believe that you as an individual are a continuous learner - eager to constantly explore new areas and new ideas
Requirements
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience within product development or aftermarket
At least 5 years managerial experience
At least 5 years successful experience from leading projects in cross functional global environment
Experience in strategic portfolio management is an advantage
Experience from managing a budget
