This key HR leadership role serves the European Studios; DICE, Uprise, Ghost & Criterion in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala, Guildford, Dice LA and EA's Partners. These studios create incredible games, Need for Speed; Battlefield, Mirrors Edge & Star Wars Battlefront and so to best support leaders & employees a strong and talented HR executive is required.
The core function of the role is to partner with senior executives who share in the ownership of the health and success of the workforce, to develop and implement programs and policies that meet the needs of the business through successful workforce development and planning. There is also a need to focus not only on assigned group needs but to also partner with other HR professionals to support the collective health and advancement of other functional groups based in the region. Coach and develop senior level HR professionals on team. Responsible for the development of the HRBP practice through own team and cross-functional teams. Responsible for HR team talent planning. Responsible for enabling own HR team to participate and/or lead EA-wide HR project teams.
This position reports to the VP responsible for Studios and so they must play a key role in a global leadership team. This position requires someone with a strong strategic HR background and demonstrated success in multiple core functions of HR. These might include: Change Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Workforce Planning or Learning and Development, and experience with a diverse set of HR processes and programs is a must.
