Your opportunity:
We are seeking a Group Environment & Quality Manager to lead and coordinate our efforts in environmental and quality management. In this critical role, you will lead the Group Environment & Quality team and, together with a network of experts in our business organization, shaping Boliden's environmental and quality practices. You will play a key role in elevating our commitment to sustainability and quality, driving meaningful impact across the organization. This is your chance to lead innovative initiatives, influence strategic decisions and champion best practices that will define our operations and set industry standards.
Who you will work with:
You will report directly to Boliden's Executive Vice President of People and Sustainability and collaborate closely with senior leadership and colleagues in all our business units to align environmental and quality strategies with Boliden's overall goals.
What you will do:
Manage the Group Environment & Quality team
Chair the Environment & Quality Council and serve as a member of other internal committees
Ensure compliance with CSRD/ESRS including double materiality and stakeholder dialogues within the environmental area
Propose updates to Group management regarding environmental and quality policies, commitments, targets and plans
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure implementation of environmental and quality standards
Support and/or coordinate audits of environmental and quality management systems and participate in assessments of business partners
Monitor business environment trends and regulatory developments to support continuous improvements and provide input to strategic processes
Analyze environmental and quality performance to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Participate in meetings with key stakeholders such as investors and rating institutes
Represent Boliden in external networks and industry associations' environmental working groups

What you bring:
A Master's degree in environmental or a relevant area
Experience in environmental management, preferably within an industrial setting
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
