98500 PLM and Operational development with in 98000 Strategy & Vehicle Concepts (S&VC) is responsible for Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and for driving Operational development cross R&D.
We are looking for an experienced and diving Director for GPDS and Mgmt & Control.
Managing Global Product Development System (GPDS) logic with in VCC and Mgmt Control process, methods, tools development with in R&D as main objective and responsibility. Who will report to Director GPDS and Mgmt Control, reporting to VP PLM and Operational Development and be a
Member of Unit PLM and Operational Mgmt.
Major deliveries include:
Ensure GPDS and Mgmt Control deliveries operational development projects.
Deliver operational support and training for the area GPDS and Mgmt Control.
Ensure common / best practice GPDS logic and PMTI cross VCC and R&D, respectively.
Competence Requirements
Technical academical education on M.Sc. or equivalent.
Alt 1: Extensive Engineering experience from Sn Mgr or PEM/ DPL/SU, minimum 10-13 years.
Alt 2: Extensive experience from Operational development with in R&D.
Extensive managerial experience, minimum 3 roles as Manager and/or Project Manager.
Cross functional experience.
Fluent in English.
Personal characteristics such as:
Self sufficient and independent.
Flexible with ability to work under unclear pre-requisites and high uncertainties.
High level of own drive.
Good balance of technical and leadership capabilities.
