We are now strengthening our team and are looking for a Director of the Global Parts and Accessories Business to lead our team in a development phase where we will grow significantly in our parts and accessories business.

Your mission and responsibilities
You will be defining and executing our parts and accessories growth strategy. Together with your team you will meet our growth objective through initiatives such as in increased capture of our install base with predictive parts support, growing our support to our dealers/distributors through the sales companies in the markets.
Key responsibilities (among others)
Partnering to define and execute our growth strategy with the sales areas for parts and accessories.
Lead, coach and develop the team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate. Manage organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development.
Work in close collaboration with the product categories to refine our catalogue as well as with the S&OP, sourcing and sales areas teams to support the spare parts operations.
You will be at the forefront of supporting different teams on forecasting, predicting and strategic planning for parts and accessories.
Drive commercial activities from global perspective to support the sales areas in expanding the parts and accessories business through price optimization.
Drive the financials including sales, margins- and inventory development to improve the overall profitability of the spare parts and accessories.
Ensure Aftermarket parts feedback is incorporate into all process.
Who are you?
We see that you have several years of progressive management experience within aftermarket, operations, service, engineering or supply chain. You probably have a higher university degree with technical and/or business focus. You have also been a leader within aftermarket parts sales.
To really enjoy the role, it is important that you are a self-starter with strategic and commercial thinking and enjoying delivering results. You are used to influence senior management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines, and geographies and have experience from driving organizational transformations You have strong English communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
