To provide management which reflects the Volvo Way, Code of Conduct, VCE Vision / Wanted Position, objectives. To coordinate the annual budget and rolling forecasts in compliance with VCE strategy and objectives. To monitor the forecasts development and provide the Management with adequate financial analysis supporting strategic decisions.
Main activities and responsibilities:
• To manage two team members based on VCE/Finance department mission and objectives.
• To coordinate the annual budget and rolling forecasts in compliance with AB Volvo guidelines, VCE strategy and objectives.
• Timely delivery of high quality standardized support material and ad'hoc analysis for Management meetings.
• Work in close cooperation with the Finance team in the frame of cross functional activities.
• Coordination of Budget and forecasts processes
Required knowledge, skills & experience:
• Hold a university degree and / or an MBA
• Solid finance background.
• Formal training in management, communication and people skills would be valuable
• Knowledge and Application of Volvo Financial Policies and Procedures
• Solid understanding of financials in commercial vehicle industry.
• Successful management experience in international environment.
• Has significant experience leading finance dept within companies offering complex technical products combined with service offerings.
