We currently have the following job opening;
Director Finance Operations
As Director Finance Operations you will be responsible for developing and leading the financial team and processes within Marketing, Sales, Service and PR (MSS). You will lead a cross functional department and you are expected to develop the financial system in our future business model as well as drive and support MSS to prioritize and balance spending and secure budget adherence. You will challenge the organizations with proactive actions for financial performance and to lead and develop a cross regional network. You will report to the VP Commercial Operations.
A keen sense of business and how to manage a complex offer structure in a highly competitive consumer market is vital. Strong analytical skills and holistic financial understanding is taken for granted in this position. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, customers, products and business will be valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like responsibility and quick decisions.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Setup and manage the Finance Operations departments such as Customer offer, Aftersales, Retail, IT and Marketing
• Develop global operational financial processes together with Geely Finance and CEVT
• Translating a project view into corporate profitability
• Overall responsible for the income statement and cash flow analysis
• Overall responsible for operational forecasts
• Overall responsible to develop the financial system in our business model
Requirements
• B.Sc. Finance or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail financial systems
• At least 5 years in financial managerial position or equivalent
• Strong analytic skills
• Result driven
• Leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Strong business acumen
• Versatile
• Result and profitability driven
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Ability to travel
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
