We are now looking for a consultant for an assignment at Sobi. The assignment will start as soon as pos-sible with the duration of 4-6 month. We will interview candidates continuously so don't wait to send in your application.

Job description/Key responsibilities
As End to End Supply Team Lead you will provide cross functional operational and strategic supply management for Sobi's core products. You will manage cross-functional end-to-end product supply teams for coordination and execution of operational and strategic activities linked to the manufacturing, supply and delivery of commercial product to our patients. You will also be responsible for CMO and al-liance management and coordination towards our CMO and external partners in addition to reporting progress and risks to executive levels within Sobi.

The End to End Supply Team Lead Director sits within the External Manufacturing department which is within Technical Operations. External Manufacturing is responsible for managing Sobi's external man-ufacturing and supply chains, supplying our products to patients through a global network of CMOs.

Key responsibilities include:
• Drive end-to-end alignment and execution across involved functions (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Supply Chain, External Manufacturing, etc) to secure the supply of the product to our patients at all times.
• Oversight and management of ongoing commercial manufacturing, clinical and LCM programs at global external manufacturers (CMOs).
• Strategic alliance management towards external partners involved in development and commercial programs with shared brands.
• Manage Product supply requirements, plans, prioritization, risks, cost- and impact analyses, re-sources, and budget and ensure that supply execution is conducted within time plan and budget and specified quality and compliance.
• Chair Supply project team meetings, maintain updated reports and proactively communicate pro-gress, risks and issues.
• Lead the evaluation, planning and implementation of process/product changes and LCM initiatives and maintain compliance with global regulatory filings and approvals.


Qualifications
Key qualifications are:
• University degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Supply chain or other relevant area.
• At least 10 years documented experience of working with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or Product Supply and leading cross functional teams.
• Extensive experience in complex global product supply chains, programs and product portfolio and knowledge in Contract Manufacturing Organization management
• Experience in working with joint development and commercialization programs with external part-ners.
• Strong business skills and fluent in English and used to communicate in a global business environ-ment and reporting to executive levels.
• Knowledge of biologics manufacturing is a merit.

The right candidate possesses the ability to lead, coordinate and manage cross-functional teams with many different functions and working with external partners in joint development and commercializa-tion programs. Strong teamworking skills are required to work effectively in a project organization and team environment and establish/maintain effective working relationships. Further you have a high sense of responsibility and strong organization and analytical skills and are able to handle multiple tasks independently and manage priorities. You are self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and are able to make priorities in order to deliver business critical items in time.
