Job description
External Manufacturing is responsible for managing Sobi's external manufacturing and supply chains, supplying our products to patients through a global network of CMOs.
As End to End Supply Team Lead you will provide cross functional operational and strategic supply management for Sobi's Haemophilia products. You will coordinate cross-functional product supply teams to execute operational and strategic activities linked to the manufacturing, supply and delivery of commercial Haemophilia products to our patients. You will also be responsible for CMO and alli-ance management towards our CMOs and external partners in addition to reporting progress and risks to senior and executive management within Sobi.

Key responsibilities include:
• Drive end-to-end alignment and execution across involved functions (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Supply Chain, External Manufacturing) to secure the supply of the products to our patients at all times.
• Oversight and management of ongoing commercial manufacturing, clinical and LCM programs at global external manufacturers (CMOs).
• Strategic alliance management towards global external partners involved in development and commercial programs with shared brands.
• Lead the evaluation, planning and implementation of process/product changes and LCM initia-tives and maintain compliance with global regulatory filings and approvals.
• Manage Product supply requirements, prioritization, risks, cost- and impact analyses. Ensure supply is conducted according to budget, set timelines and to specified quality and compliance. Maintain updated reports and proactively communicate progress, risks and issues to senior and executive levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to external manufacturing management and product supply. Suggest improvements, establish actions plans and drive implementation.


Qualifications
Key qualifications are:
• University degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Supply chain or other relevant area.
• At least 5-10 years documented experience of working with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Opera-tions and/or Product Supply and leading cross functional teams.
• Extensive experience in complex global product supply chains, programs and product portfolio and knowledge in Contract Manufacturing Organization management
• Experience in working with joint development and commercialization programs with external partners.
• Strong business skills and fluent in English and use to communicate in a global business envi-ronment and reporting to executive levels.
• Knowledge of biologics manufacturing is a merit.

The right candidate possesses the ability to lead, coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and working with external partners in joint development and commercialization programs. Strong team working skills are required to work effectively in a project organization to establish/maintain effective working relationships. Further you have a high sense of responsibility and strong organization and analytical skills and are able to handle multiple tasks independently and manage priorities. You are self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and are able to make priorities in order to deliver business critical items in time. You are flexible and thrive in a role that requires both opera-tional and strategic end-to-end management
