Director Digitalization & IT
We know that the transport industry is changing rapidly, and we embrace it, do you? Are you up for the challenge to lead us on the exciting digitalization journey? We are looking for an engaged leader with an operational and strategic mindset, with eagerness to develop a successful plant IT organization.
Our site is the "Center of Excellence" within the area of transmission solutions and we aim to be the best transmission plant in the world!
We are now looking for our future Director Digitalization & IT. Is it you? You will report directly to the Köping Plant Vice President and be a part of the management team in Köping. You will also be a part of the global Digitalization & IT Extended Management Team for Powertrain Production.
Main activities and responsibilities for this role:
* With enthusiasm develop and lead the plant IT organization toward future demands, embrace the future technologies and competencies in accordance with Industry 4.0
* Lead the Plant IT team with operational responsibility of the IT support and IT deliveries in the plant
* Drive and develop the Digitalization & IT project portfolio for the plant
* Build and coach your team and organization
* Be proactive to ensure that the plant has efficient IT solutions and services supporting and enabling its operations
Who are you?

* A passion for both Manufacturing and IT!
* Experience and knowledge from driving business value through IT solutions
* A university degree in relevant subject
* Experience from management
* To have previous experience of Manufacturing IT is a merit and something you would benefit from in your daily work
You have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for IT in Köping. In order to succeed in this role, you have interest and broad experience in digital technologies and a strong business acumen and understanding how digital solutions can enable and enhance business development.
