Volvo Bil in Gothenburg is a fully owned subsidiary company to Volvo Car Group, Sweden. The operation of Volvo Bil is sale of new and used cars, car rental, service and repairs, direct service of sheet and paintwork, car parts, fuel and car wash. Volvo Bil operate as a car dealer. The customers of Volvo Bil is mainly Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group and their employees. The turnover of Volvo Bil is 6.000 MSEK and the number of employees is about 350. The operation take place in four different plants in Gothenburg; Torslanda, Tuve, Arendal and Lundby.

What you'll do?
The position reports directly to the CEO and are an important part of the Volvo Bil management team. In this position, you are responsible for the delivery and development within customer service and our different workshops. You lead the?Volvo Bil Customer Service management team, currently there are seven people direct reporting to director customer service, containing of senior experts and managers with direct reports.
You will have responsibility for securing successful delivery of the different complex areas within customer service. You are a part of? Volvo Bil management team and are expected to actively contribute in driving change and improvement activities and contribute to the development and success of the company.
You manage both strategic discussion, tactical and operational project deliveries, and successfully motivate the team. In this position you will work closely with different areas of the organization to successful capture and deliver upon need and expectations
You will also
* Develop the leadership and culture within Volvo Bil and contribute to constant improvement of the company.
* Act as a true ambassador for Volvo Bil both internal and external
* Drive customer service related projects including budget and follow up of financial results
Do you fit the profile? ?
You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, economics or similar and many years of experience from different senior managerial positions with documented leadership behaviours.
You have great business acumen and a strong ability to clearly articulate concepts and ideas both orally and written.
You hold a valid driving license also; you are fluent in Swedish and English orally as well as in writing.
Meritorious skills you also might have:
Broad experience from car industry
Solid experience from working in complex projects or similar
Solid experience from negotiations
