www.fingerprints.com FPC seeks an Director Customer PMO to join us in developing future fingerprint systems for mobile phones and other portable devices. FPC is a leader in the development of capacitive fingerprint sensors and designs the whole system, from advanced custom silicon devices and microelectronic packaging, to algorithms and software for fingerprint recognition and applications on the target devices.
The Role
The position of Director Customer PMO entails the line manager for Customer Project Managers in Mobile Business Line globally. You will manage and prioritize tasks for Customer Project Managers. You are the owner of the Customer Project process, including developing "ways of working" for Customer Project Managers throughout FPC. The position involves to lead the team that support customers to integrate FPC's hardware and software into their own products on evaluating boards, prototypes or commercial devices. Also maintaining a good contact with current and future customers through interaction with product planning and R&D departments of customers. You will also support FPC's sales team during design in phase with technical start-up questions from prospect customers.

The work location is Malmö or Gothenburg as agreed between FPC and the candidate. This role reports to our Head of Customer Engineering.
International travel to FPC Customers, partners and suppliers may be frequent.
Your Background
This role requires a Master of Science in Engineering, such as in electronics, physics, computer science or the equivalent, as well as at least ten years of occupational experience as Project Manager in similar field.
You need to be fluent in spoken and written English and not opposed to traveling abroad.
Success in this role requires:
• Business acumen and customer exposure level.
• In-Depth understanding of FPC's sensor architechture and biometry integration to smart phones.
• Excellent organizational, managerial and customer handling skills.
• Experience in setting requirements, execution and follow-up
• Effectively adapting to multiple demands, conflicting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change, capable to adjust and facilitate based on actual business needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
You also have essential qualities such as being ambitious, motivated and flexible. You need to be comfortable working in a growing company, where you will be expected to assume considerable personal responsibility for your own activities and the company's success. This also requires you to be a team player who contributes to an open and positive atmosphere in the workplace.
