Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. Together with our stakeholders we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.

We are now looking for a Director for our new function Customer Connect to join our fantastic Consumer Services team; a leader who is passionate about people, user experience and wanting to make a difference for our customers. Customer Connect is a digital channel where our customers can buy, use and take part in developing services that help improve their business further. The digital channel consists of three main products- Market Place, Customer Portal and the Developer Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Together with our Business Areas, put in place a strategy and way of working, securing a superior digital channel towards our customers over the life cycle
Drive and manage the developer portal and market place with responsible for handling 3rd party developers from idea, through development, verification, deployment and finally operations
Lead the user experience design for a consistent and superior look and feel for the digital customer channel
Develop and manage the framework, core functionality and common tools for the digital customer channel
Manage the release synchronization of services and tools in to the customer portal
Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture
Be an active member of the Consumer Services management team. As a member of the management team you will be involved in business development activities and other projects

Competence Profile & Qualifications
Solid experience in working with markets and customers in the area of telematics and services development
Knowledge and experience in how to strategically and practically drive superior user experience
Interest in and solid understanding of our industry and our customers' business
Experience in service and solution sales
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Successful in building working relationships and operating effectively as a member of a leadership team
Professional skills and abilities to work in a fast paced, multicultural and diverse environment
Ability to create and lead through networks
Strong leadership courage, entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership mentality
A strong believer in culture, genuine care for people and value driven performance
