We are looking for someone that is willing to drive Volvo CE Connected Fleet management solutions. We search for an individual that can lead a cross-functional team that together will capture the market trends and customer demands to develop and market the best services.
Being familiar with Fleet management and lean startup thinking in an industrial environment our candidate has strong leadership skills to position Volvo CE as a leader in this area. We are looking for an agile leader who is both a motivating influencer and a decision maker.
The job is structured along 3 main areas
• Define the Strategy : Establish Company' strategy, roadmap, budget and competence plans
• Execute : Support our Technology organization in make or buy decision and in projects delivery
• Sell : Support our Sales organization in meeting agreed sales and profitable targets

Key Skills
• Business acumen
• Connectivity / IOT experience
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus
• Ability to build internal networks develop relationships, find and agree solutions
• Good working knowledge of Volvo CE processes a plus
• Strong people management skills
