We currently have the following job opening:

Director Compensation & Benefits
As head of our Compensation & Benefits team you are responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations and Payroll. You will lead a team of four specialists and administrators. You report directly to our Human Resources Senior Vice President.

As an experienced expert in your field you will be leading and taking part in both strategic and operational projects and tasks. You will be assessing the competitiveness of the total benefits package, performing job evaluations including salary surveys and benchmarking as well as managing the corporate insurances and pension programs.

We are expecting you to keep up to date with new legislation and regulations in related areas and provide counsel and guidance to HR colleagues and managers in the organization, as well as advising the CEVT management team. You are also responsible for negotiating with unions in collective bargaining negotiations.

As Director Compensation & Benefits you will take part in setting the future direction of for example our bonus programs and benefit packages as well as continuously develop and utilize the expertise of your team members.

To thrive in your new position we believe that you have a relevant university education or adequate experience. You have worked with Compensation & Benefits and Labour Relations for five to ten years, where a few of those years has been in a manager role. You are confident in questions regarding both labour law and legislation as well as compensation and benefits.
