You will join our Clients, Communication and Marketing Function
As our new Director, Communication & Marketing for Sweden & Norway you will be part of supporting our overall ambition to become the partner for sustainable change to our clients and stakeholders at large. Your main responsibility will be to develop, drive and anchor key concepts and initiatives that will strengthen the brand and market agenda in Ramboll, just as you will support the internal anchoring of our company strategy.
You will have a team of 4-5 employees in each country headed by a manager who will be reporting directly to you. This role will report to the Group Director, Clients, Communication & Marketing and be a member of the global communication group for peer discussions and support.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Communication and marketing strategy for NO and SE
Overall management of key internal and external communication and marketing deliverables and processes
Overall team management structure, capabilities and budget
Coordination and agreement with leadership in countries and Group
Implementation of company communication, brand and marketing initiatives and campaigns
Collaboration with global comms. and marketing teams
Collaboration with HR and Sales

• 10 years of experience in communications and/or marketing
Broad experience with communication, position, and marketing disciplines
Experience as a leader and people manager
Strong strategic capabilities and thorough hands on experience with communication and marketing
Result oriented and good at handling stakeholders
Fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as English
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: An in-depth experience with corporate communication including what it takes to build a brand position. It is essential to know how to drive marketing initiatives that support sales while building on the brand.
