Director Car Product Management
As the Director Car Product Management, you will be responsible for Marketing, Sales & Service (MSS) deliverables in car projects for EU and US markets. This includes defining the cycle plan and portfolio, attributes & key features, setting market specifications, production volumes and prices for all cars in connection with Lynk & Co brand and product positioning. You and the team will ensure the cars are competitive over time. You will also be responsible for the Order to Delivery process.
You will work in close cooperation with Product planning, Lynk & Co Engineering teams in Gothenburg and Hangzhou bay China, as well as Geely Design and all internal MSS departments.
You will lead a team of very competent product managers with a diverse and broad background, and you will lead some projects yourselves. You will be a key player in our creative and dynamic management team and report directly to the Vice President Car Products and Uptime.
We are looking for a spiritual leader with experience from automotive project and product management and with the ability to think and act outside the norm. We think you are a team player with a pragmatic and holistic view on things.
The position is based in Gothenburg with an EU and US responsibility. The position will require travel on regular basis.
WHO ARE YOU?
* M.Sc. in Engineering or Business or several years of relevant experience
* Experience in automotive project and product management
* Experience from aftersales is beneficial
