hela Sverige Group Trucks Strategy is part of Deputy CEO Office and works for the whole Group, investigating new trends or specific business situations and proposing strategic directions to the Group Executive Board. It is part of important Governance for a like Product Board, E-Mobility Board, etc. It is also in charge of specific partnership projects.
The Director, Business Strategy Projects
Supports the VPs in charge of the business strategy of HD, LD/MD and Powertrain respectively
Sets up and drives Business projects and investigations, interacts with key stakeholders and delivers all or part of recommendation materials
Will be involved in execution follow up on a need basis
The position reports to the SVP of Group Trucks Strategy.
Main activities and responsibilities
Support or drive strategic investigations, organize working group, gather data, analyse and identify key issues
Support the Group Trucks Strategy VPs in the establishment of strategic recommendations
Profile
The role requires an experienced project manager with 5 or more years of experience and proven track record of achievements in line organizations.
A consulting background, providing strong methodology skills for strategic investigations, would be a clear advantage.
Key requirements
Master's Degree in the Business, Engineering, IT or Finance fields
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
Collaborative and adaptive to working with all disciplines within the Trucks organization
Experience in a fast-paced business environment with strict deadlines desired
Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to translate business analysis into actionable business plans
Proven financial and business negotiation skills
Significant process and project management experience, or commercial experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
