Stora Enso Skog is one of Sweden's largest forest operators and timber purchasers with operations in central Sweden. Stora Enso Skog is part of Stora Enso's global timber supply organization and supplies, every day, all year round, Stora Enso's Swedish sawmills, paper and pulp mills with timber - the raw material that is the foundation when paper, cardboard and wood products are manufactured. From this year, Stora Enso Skog is also responsible for managing and developing Stora Enso's Swedish forest holdings of about 1.4 million hectares of forest. Stora Enso Skog had sales of approximately 7 billion SEK in 2018 and has approximately 460 employees.TasksAs Director of Business Controlling, you have the overall responsibility for accounting, controlling and forecasting for Wood Supply Sweden and the companies that are part of the unit. Wood Supply Sweden consists of Stora Enso Skog AB, Stora Enso Bioenergi AB (100% owned), Stora Enso Skog Norge AS (100% owned) and Sydved AB (67% owned). You have personnel responsibility and lead a team of seven employees in the finance function and are part of the company's management team. The position is located in Falun.The finance function manages the administrative development, educates in the field of finance and supports controllers in other functions. Through the service, you act as collaborator with other parts of the Group, regarding financial issues, and produce supporting documents for, and participate in, Stora Enso Skogs management team. You have a main responsibility for the internal control work, according to the Group's guidelines.Among your challenges will be to:* Develop a clear structure for budgeting, forecasting and controlling the owned forest* Develop the quality of financial processes throughout Wood Supply Sweden, which includes both increased coordination and a more long-term plan for joint development of financial forecasting and reporting between the units within Wood Supply Sweden* Contribute to developing controlling and analysing of operational activities and business, thereby supporting the operational functions in the development of the business* Proactively participate in Stora Enso Wood Supply finance and controlling team, to develop stable financial processes* Build a strong function in terms of resources, skills, working methods and leadership* Create strong working relationships with peers in the management team and thereby contribute to the management work for the entire Stora Enso Skog.RequirementsTo succeed in the role, we believe that you have a Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent and have worked in a leading position in accounting and/or controlling for at least five years. You should have a strong drive to want to develop the organization and develop with it. Excellent skills in both Swedish and English are a requirement. It is considered a merit if you have experience from forest finance services.You are an analytically talented, effective and inspiring leader, and can engage your team. You see the whole and the trends that shape the industry and the company. In addition, you are focused on development and change, and are results oriented.You can motivate team members, to develop and create a strong team spirit, with a winning culture of rapid development.
