Job summary
Are you looking for a highly visible position supporting an organisation with a clear impact on our long-term strategy?
We are looking for a Director Business Control who will be responsible for Next Generation & Issue Resolution, supporting the Services business.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will be reporting to Vice President Finance Services.
What you will do
• Responsibility for all Business Control activities and is single point of contact in the Global Business Unit area of responsibility for all Planning, Reporting, Governance related aspects and support in all Business Partner and Change Agent related tasks
• Manage financial controls, spend, forecasts, budgets and related KPIs, analysis and decision making.
• Business case support in rationalisation and follow-up.
• Risk officer for respective functions
• Identification and implementations of continuous improvements projects/initiatives
• Role may involve people leadership
• Co-ordinator of Business Controller output and driver of Business Control efficiency and effectiveness actions.
• Responsible for the compilation of data, analysis and structure of the information used by the most senior line management and the Group.
• Coordinate the annual planning cycle in the Business Unit/Sub-unit org.
• Secure an appropriate Governance structure in the Business Unit/Sub-unit.
We believe you have
We believe you have a relevant university degree within Finance, Business Administration or equivalent combined with at least 10 years Business Control and Business Partner experience.
In this role it is important to have a high level of drive and leadership and solid analytical skills. We also see that you possess a high level of business understanding and are able to exercise informal authority and influence decision making involving senior stakeholders.
Furthermore, you are result oriented, organized, focused on performance and able to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess good presentation skills and an ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization. You are a good team player and are able to manage conflicts. Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
