What you will do?
You will take on a role as a Director - Change Leader Procurement and take on the responsibility to drive, facilitate and support the transformation towards Agile Product Streams and move towards a new steady state, Continuous Improvement, where we continuously optimize our value flows. In this role you will collaborate with different stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, Consumer Enterprise Digital, Procurement, Design and Global Customer Services to build true agile behaviours in favour of flow and speed. You will facilitate change strategies to implement Agile Product Streams based on SAFe and drive change by organizing, planning, communicating, deploy the change and train colleagues. Throughout the process you will make sure to involve employees on different levels and drive change workshops. You will lead improvement initiatives from start to end and support Management Teams at Procurement in leading change. Responsibilities will be to drive flow descriptions and remove flow impediments, visualize ways of working as well as change progress. Practice value stream mapping, root cause analysis and retrospectives, as well as facilitate Transparent Continuous Improvements.

Do you fit the profile
We believe you are a senior, experienced and outgoing person with knowledge from driving change. It is an advantage if you have worked in larger companies within Procurement and other related connected areas. To take on this responsibility you need to be a strong change leader with excellent project management and communication skills. You are a transparent networker who can communicate on different levels with various stakeholders. Due to your focus area, it would be appreciated to have solid knowledge of processes, methods and tools used in Procurement in general. Experience from the automotive industry is a merit.

Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a must to take on this position on a senior level. You are well aware of continuous improvement tools and have strong skills how to implement this state into daily work of the organization. With your previous experience you have gathered broad knowledge of project management, processes, methods and tools as well as reached strong business acumen and integrity. You have a university degree, a procurement background and a good understanding of agile product development. You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and have work experience with leading change in a similar sized organization.

On a personal level you are a strong and confident individual who is not afraid of new challenges and you are also challenging others to make a change. You need to have an inner drive and motivation which influences and impacts the surroundings. You are a strong team player and have a genuine interest in making things better and strive for continuous improvements.
