Implement organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes or programs.
Responsible and accountable for managing and developing a team of people, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as needed basis. Managers are required to understand how other business units operate, how their goals align with organizational goals and have budget and profit/loss responsibility.
Manages the elicitation and management of requirements across the system development lifecycle. Provides guidance to new clients and existing customers in the preparation of the requirement documents to ensure that the characteristics of the functionality is well defined, clear and understood by customers as well as the internal organization.
Manages on going contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts.
Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and ensures client satisfaction.
Job Duties;
Builds, manages, and provides leadership to a team of professional staff (may include other managers); performs other talent management and development decisions as needed.
Develops and establishes functional strategy and tactics to ensure successful completion of work that meets or exceeds client and/or organizational expectations.
Manages resources and takes accountability for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
Develops departmental/functional plans, including business unit and/or production priorities, to address resource and operational needs and challenges.
Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers internally and externally.
Participates in both internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the organizational strategy.
Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with internal and external teams to understand risks, priorities, etc. and ensure a successful end result.
Evaluates current business processes and systems, ensuring cost-savings and risk control.
Coordinates financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.
Reviews team and individual performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
Motivates, develops, recruits and retains employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high performing teams.
Designs solutions to clients which will result in exceeding both internal and external KPI's.
Coaches and/or leads others in the writing and production of detailed functional specifications.
Has the vision for change based on best practice and works cross functionally to drive system, process and procedural changes to prevent issues with production happening. In some instances will drive cross functional work teams for proactive change within the region.
Identifies industry change and captures feedback from clients that provides input into Product Development initiatives internally.
Identifies common business drivers and requirements at different customers. Communicates internally the software needs of the end users, i.e. in a bid activity.
Leads the team in their thinking for process re-design and improvements which would improve efficiency and result in exceeding KPI's every time.
Oversees the development of contracts that involve both short and long term commitment of service and vary significantly in complexity, value and strategic importance.
Responsible for the product requirements of large deliveries to external customer, including extensive support to project management in discussions about the agreements, scope of delivery and planning of the project. Ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.
Is the functional expert and is the final point of escalation for difficult system/client issues. Will train both BA's and other functions on processes and procedures.

Requirements:
Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Post graduate degree in a related discipline.
10 years of relevant work experience
Special Qualifications: Has a professional certification relevant to role like CCBA/CBAP; CSM/CSPO; PMP/Prince 2; FRM; CFA.
