Dealer Inventory Management (DIM) is part of Logistics Services Material Management within Group Truck Operations. We have more than 90 employees world-wide.
The scope of DIM is to plan the Volvo Group brands global aftermarket supply chain from Central/Regional Warehouse to dealers with the purpose to ensure the right customer service balanced with inventory and cost levels.
We now have a vacancy within our Dealer Inventory Management (DIM) teams, Teams that are responsible for replenishment of approx. 1200 dealer points for Truck Brands (VT,RT and UD) and approx. 100 Volvo Penta Centers in Region EMEA.
DIM (Dealer Inventory Management) Analyst is responsible of monitoring dealer performance , analyze and adjust dealer parameters and suggest corrective actions to reach decided KPI?s (Key Performance Indicator) targets.

The team takes an active part in improving the day to day work, Continuous Improvement is a focused area with upcoming challenges were you will play important role.
Key responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• To lead the network of roles supporting each market (within material management, market companies and facing distribution center)
• To drive activities in order to secure fulfillment of set targets in the area of Dealer Inventory Management (DIM)
• To perform analysis of stock management parameters
• To identify reasons for deviations from targets by using root cause analysis and problem solving methodology
• To continuously identify and drive improvement activities in the area of dealer inventory management as well as in linked processes
Qualifications
• University degree and/or an MBA in logistics or mathematics/statistics, or experience equivalent to the same knowledge level
• Excellent knowledge in logistics and stock management both practical and theoretical.
• English, fluently spoken and written. Additional European languages are considered as a big advantage.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma/Problem Solving Methodology experience is a merit.
