Digitality Technical Project Lead
As a Digitality Technical Project Lead you are responsible for creating and maintaining the overall Digitality development plan for the IoT development teams. The goal is to make sure the teams have the guidance in technical design and solutions to be able to deliver products with an outstanding quality, functionality and design.
We are looking for a person who have a strong passion for development, especially within IoT, Cloud and Mobile Apps. This role requires project management and strong communication skills in an international setting. You are organized and have a systematic way of working to prioritize and help the teams in the best way possible.
You will be part of the R&D team and work in an international environment close to Product Managers, Engineers and Software Developers. This role will focus on synchronizing the different development teams throughout different global locations. Focus is on technical aspects where you will provide guidance and be the internal point of contact for technical questions regarding the IoT system, firmware, Cloud and mobile Apps. You will play a key role in overseeing the different projects and to ensure that Blueair delivers premium deliveries for the complete IoT eco system.
Responsibilities
To plan and guide the digitality development teams and together with the teams guide them in choice of technical solutions and design.
You will be the lead technical responsible for chosen designs within the teams.
Synchronize the development teams and test activities to ensure the delivery of a complete IoT system.
You will support Blueair internally for technical information of existing IoT System as well as support with information for future possibilities.
Assist the Digitality Manager in setting the roadmap for Blueair IoT System.
You will work with synchronizing the IoT System with the overall System Lead.

Who are you.
We are looking for you who have a deep knowledge and experience from IoT and product development, together with a deep understanding of product systems. You have a background as a developer or other equivalent roles where you performed similar work.
You have at least 5 years of experience from developing Cloud, mobile apps and IoT Systems.
You have 2 years previous experience from working as Technical Project Lead.
Experience from Firmware, mobile app and Cloud development as a developer. At least 1-year previous experience in each area of expertise.
You have a degree in engineering, software/backend development or similar.
You have experience from agile methodologies.
Fluent in English, verbally and written.
Experience from global environment, preferably matrix organizations.
