Tetra Pak is embarking on a major transformation journey in pursuit of a world of new Digitalisation driven business opportunities. Tetra Pak Services has a leading role to play in this transformation to ensure our service portfolio addresses our Cus-tomer's current and emerging needs.
Within Tetra Pak Services, the Technical Support and Quality (TS&Q) function plays a critical role in ensuring that Tetra Pak is a dependable partner for our Customers in respect of addressing tech-nical issues as well as being a provider of special-ist competences needed to deliver high end ser-vice solutions.
You will enter a global role with an extensive, in-ternational network. You will work closely with the Clusters and GIM, driving alignment, coordination and change management as we prepare to deploy digitalisation based services. In addition, you will engage a talented, specialist central workforce to adopt our current way of working to meet the needs of these new services - helping to define the 'Tetra Pak of the future'.
Your first role will be to define and implement Virtually Guided Remote Support (Hololens and associated competence network) and work with other Tetra Pak Service functions deploying a range of related digitalisation based products and services. This is a dynamic area of our business where the potential is for new technologies and services to move quickly from dream to reality
The position will be based in Lund and require some travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive development and global deployment of Digitalisation related services within TS&Q in-cluding the infrastructure to sustain these ser-vices supporting our front-line Engineers
• Change management linked to our digitalisation journey
• Work with GIM and potential external parties to ensure technologies can operate in both a Tet-ra Pak and Customer environment
• Work with Cluster TS&Q functions to coordi-nate digitalisation needs and solutions
• Member of a broader Digitalisation Program team within Tetra Pak Services - Packaging
Qualifications
We are looking for a strong leader with excel-lent project management skills and a strong interest in Digitalisation (Internet of Things, IT etc) as well as experience of our Services envi-ronment. You possess the ability to drive change globally and manage the complexity and uncertainty associated with new and fast moving technologies.
Your leadership should be characterized by a high personal drive, combined with great col-laboration skills. You are result oriented and enjoy driving activities in a global environment. PMP status is preferred. Your English skills, written as well as spoken, are excellent.
