At Teleopti we want our digital workplace to be as employee friendly as our physical workplace. It should be as easy to find the information you need as it is to find the coffee machine. We have taken steps toward this, but we are not there yet. For this reason, we need a Digital Workplace Manager. You will be managing a team of 5-10 people, working with internal systems like CRM, E-learning, Business Intelligence and other IT-systems.
What about the job?
• You will make a broad and significant impact in a newly created role, serving as lead architect and champion of digital workplace initiatives
• You will be setting standards for a new way of collaborating across Teleopti and with external users by innovating and shape the platforms that allow our employees to innovate.
• Your efforts also will promote employee engagement and productivity and support the organization's transformation to a highly effective player in the digital economy.
• Serve as internal consultant to business on how to best use new tools to improve processes and meet individual department needs.
• Support users' change readiness and adoption through one-on-one mentoring, small group trainings, documentation, and communication as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as outside experts to establish best practices for technology-supported information sharing, collaboration, and performance support throughout the organization, optimizing end user experience and eliminating duplication of systems and efforts.
What about you?- You have a technical university degree, an analytical and problem-solving attitude combined with excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. Good knowledge in Swedish is advantageous.
