What you'll do
The position we are looking to recruit is within the Digital Workplace team. The team works in a model where our sourcing partners takes care of the daily operations. Your job is to, together with the team, make sure that the products are designed to meet business requirements, both short- and long term. You have your depth in O365 products such as Microsoft Office & Visio, but also in browsers used on multiple operating systems.
You and your skills
You are a curious team player who loves to collaborate with others. You understand that the digital workplace is a core function within the organisation and love to put yourself in the user's shoes and give them the best user experience.
You are an expert in the design, configuration, installation & usage of Office 201x, Office 365 Pro Plus, Visio, Project and browsers such as Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chromium & Chrome. You have experience in working with the above stack and Click-to-Run based installations with their dependencies. You are a problem solver who loves to trouble shoot IE / Edge configuration issues. Knowledge about workstation software mgmt. technologies including software packaging is preferred. We also believe you have solid experience in IT Service Mgmt.
