Main Tasks
If you're interested in changing an entire industry, then join us in Essity IT where you will be a vital part in enabling transformation of our business. You'll join as a part of a highly skilled cross-functional team who works towards improving the way of working in Essity with Modern Digital Workplace tools. We are currenlty looking for two people to join our team.
You will:
Facilitate and drive business value through adoption activities
Comprehend different business challenges and address them through established support channels, in order to assist your colleagues in adopting a smarter, better and more efficient way of working in our digital workspace landscape
Proactively identifying opportunities of potential improvements in our digital workspace
Inspire, motivate and help your colleagues realize the value in utilizing different tools, features and functions in Office 365 "what's in it for me?"
Key Competencies
3-5 years relevant working experience
Obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
Proficiency in English is required
Demonstrated knowledge of employee-facing services such as personal and group productivity tools, data discovery, intranets, knowledge management, social networks and technology support
Experience from working with user adoption activities for Office 365 is a strong merit
