Global Connectivity & Technology has developed a strategy and identified key transformational initiatives to further our digital transformation. In this work we are now looking for a Digital transformation manager who can actively work with key work streams in our strategy program. He/she will work closely with the GC&T leadership team and report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation. The primary focus will be on driving the overall transformation project and key workstreams within the program as well as key strategy projects for GC&T. Additional objectives include support with communications and change management through various projects the S&I team is involved in. Key operational responsibilitiesStrategy* Be responsible for the overall Digital transformation project, facilitate execution and follow-up of the different waves of initiatives* Support definitions of targets and main actions to reach the objectives set* Work with the GC&T management team to inspire and facilitate our Digital transformation agenda* Through internal and external Best practice examples, define and develop ways to drive and develop our Digital culture* Help define and drive initiatives to further develop the culture of Innovation and learning * Establish links and collaboration with key internal stakeholders and identify potential external partners* Further facilitate and encourage Teamship by setting up forums to drive collaboration and team goals* Drive Strategy and Innovation projects as part of the overall GC&T strategy agenda Change execution and follow-up* Support the execution and follow-up of the GC&T transformation projects together with unit heads and team leads* Coordinate and Drive change for GC&T through, communication, events, etc.* Own and develop the GC&T Egate Community* Ensure regular communication and follow-up Communication* Coordinate and Drive change for GC&T through, communication, events, et* Own and develop the GC&T E-gate (intranet) Community and connected communication channels Reporting toOperationally and functionally to the VP Strategy & Innovation, Global Connectivity & Technology. Competencies NeededIDEAL QUALIFICATIONSMaster in Business and/or TechnologyEnglish, fluent written and spoken3-5 years experience in Change mgmt., Strategy analysis and development3-5 years experience from working in large, global organization/company3-5 years experience from Telecom, Internet, Digital or similar industry KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESTeam oriented and pro-active mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team building skills. Dynamic and open minded, self-starter, self-motivator and highly adaptable.Position will require international travel.
