E.ON är ett internationellt privatägt energiföretag. Våra 40.000 medarbetare över 13 länder arbetar dagligen för utvecklingen av tekniska innovationer och användarvänliga kundlösningar för den nya energivärlden. Today, the heating and cooling sector alone is responsible for 27% of CO2 emissions in Europe. Energy Infrastructure Solutions designs, builds, finances and operates innovative energy systems at our customers' facilities that help to meet their ambitious decarbonization targets and realize significant cost saving targets. Our solutions build on decentralized energy solutions, circular energy flows and digitalization.

About the position
We believe that digitalisation is a key enabler for our Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) business to grow within the Nordics. Our mission is to drive the digital transformation within our energy systems and production assets. Our focus is to maximize customer and business value by turning data and information into smart solutions.

In your role as a Digital Transformation Manager - Asset and Operations, you are responsible for identifying, designing and leading digital initiatives and change in our Energy Systems and production assets. You will act as a bridge between our EIS Digital Team , the operational teams and the Digital Technology function. You will provide expertise into developing technical solutions to optimize energy flows (including applications such as demand forecasting, demand side management, merit order optimization).

The role is important for us to ensure that we are on path to our short-term as well as long-term goals and you will also be involved in setting the right strategic digital priorities, working with a range of internal stakeholders as well as E.ON's international teams. We have several exciting initiatives already ongoing from building up an operations data platform, designing data-driven optimization to predictive maintenance and we want you to take it to the next level.

The role is located in Malmö, Norrköping or Stockholm, but some traveling will be necessary (30%).

Who we're looking for
* Master's degree or equivalent, in IT or engineering discipline
* Experience in an asset-heavy industry, ideally in district heating
* Experience in working with data-driven optimization, ideally with energy flows
* Profound operational experience in translating user requirements into digital product design, as well as developing and operating digital solutions
* Pragmatic approach to problem solving, being able to reconcile the ideal solution with the solution that can realistically be implemented, given constraints on the ground
* Being able to build a bridge between business representatives with limited digital skills on one hand and digital development teams on the other hand

We believe that you have a curious mindset and are passionate about digitalisation and change management. This role involves a lot of communication, and you are likely used to working together with others in to achieve your common goals. A desire to understand and learn will also increase your chances at succeeding in our organisation. Additionally, you are committed to embrace and drive change.

Do you want to be a key person part of an amazingly committed team transforming the energy market? Then this role is the one for you!

Final application date is February 6th and interviewing will initiate after this date.
