About the position
We believe that digitalisation is a key enabler for our Energy Infrastructure Solutions business to grow within the Nordics. Our mission is to be the catalysator for the digital transformation in the EIS business by identifying and driving unique opportunities to bring our business to the next level. Our focus is to maximize customer and business value by turning data and information into smart solutions. Jointly with the operational business, we will accelerate this journey by embracing and leveraging the potential of digital technologies. Our team, Digital, is a newly formed group of experts and digital enthusiasts and we're now looking for an additional digital enthusiast to help us deliver on our mission.
In your role as a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be a key person in identifying, driving and leading digital opportunities and change and will act as a bridge between business and the Digital Technology function. The role is important for us in order to ensure that we're on path to our short-term as well as long-term goals and you will also be involved in setting the right strategic digital priorities, working with a range of internal stakeholders as well as global teams.
The role is located in Malmö, but since we're geographically spread out some traveling will be necessary (max 25%).
Who we're looking for
In order to thrive in this role we believe that you have extensive experience converting digital opportunities to actions, hopefully within a industrial- or producing environment. You gladly share your knowledge within digital technologies and have an understand of data analytics/data science. You likely have a degree in IT, data or a similar field.
One of your most important strengths are your qualities. We believe that you have a curious mindset and are passionate about digitalisation and change management. This role involves a lot of communication, and you are likely used to working together with others in order to achieve your common goals. A desire to understand and learn will also increase your chances at succeeding in our organisation. Additionally, you are committed to embrace and drive change.
