We are currently hiring Business Analysts for three different organizational units: Digital Transformation Office, Sales Excellence and Group Supply.
Digital Transformation Office
We execute Ericsson's Digital Transformation agenda through a set of global programs covering all Ericssons business areas and market areas. Through these programs we build digital capabilities to support and enhance our customer and employee journeys.
Sales Excellence

Group Supply
Within Supply Strategy and Process we take the lead in developing and implementing flexible supply chains supporting the Ericsson business model, with digital interfaces connecting to the end-to-end value chain.
The role:
Regardless of organizational belonging, you will join one of our transformation initiatives to tackle challenges both in technology and business. Ultimately, you will play a critical role as the glue between all project functions to efficiently drive transformation. More specifically, you will:
Shape and drive transformation initiatives globally across Ericsson by defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value that improves customer experience and operational efficiency
Create a network of business stakeholders and interact with them to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement
Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders
Conduct analyzes of existing business flows to identify challenges, and develop recommendations on how to address those
Together with our teams, system management and product management, break down business requirements to value adding features
Manage adoption activities of new digital tools across Ericsson
Develop OKRs and measure the business impact of digital transformation initiatives
Coach and mentor more junior colleagues to help them thrive in the role
You are:
Self-managed high performer with a can-do attitude

An excellent communicator, comfortable at presenting in front of groups and to executives
Effective in leading workshops, discussion, and other events

Energized by working with people from a diverse set of backgrounds
To be successful in the role, you have:
3-5 years relevant professional experience, for instance working as a management consultant, business developer or business analyst
Experience from delivering digital transformation, strategy or operational excellence projects, agile ways of working and from working in the technology industry is advantageous
Experience from Sales (CRM and CPQ) and/or Supply Chain Management is advantageous for a Business Analyst position within Sales Excellence or Group Supply.
Excellent academic track record from business or engineering schools. Minimum B.Sc, but more advanced degrees (M.Sc. or MBA) is an advantage.
